Summary

Removed the accepted status badge from public election candidate cards.
Removed the accepted chip from accepted running mate cards.
Left nomination workflow status badges intact where candidates still need to respond.

Testing completed

Not attached. Visual change is the removal of the Accepted badge under candidate and running mate names on the election detail page.
