Story

Add a fun standalone page at /soggycat. The page replicates the functionality of https://soggy.cat:

The page shows a picture of a wet cat inside a bathtub, on a radial gradient background.
The picture tilts in 3D when the pointer moves over it.
A round button in the bottom-right corner opens a side menu.
The side menu has these actions: view the source code, enter a secret code, open a no-CSS version, and upload a different picture.
When the user uploads a picture, the page reads the dominant colors of the picture and rebuilds the gradient from them.

Notes

The original soggy.cat code is AGPL-3.0. This repository is MIT. The implementation must be original code, not a copy.
The cat photo must have a compatible license. Use a Creative Commons photo from Wikimedia Commons, with attribution.
