Task Summary

Just a couple of small changes to the Mentor Application form:

Remove verbiage that a when to meet will be sent out, scheduling is handled by the form
Add a required checkbox indicating that review sessions are a core responsibility

Context

To bring the mentoring application in line to the expectations and operations of the upcoming semester.

Scope

Acceptance Criteria

As an applicant there is no erroneous mention to when to meet.
As an applicant I must affirm I understand I should be available for two review sessions throughout the semester.

Tests added/updated where applicable
