Problem

Having a structured interest form for company talks makes us look more professional and gives companies a concrete thing to say yes to.

We currently have this widget, but I think it would be nice to have a page that is able to be linked to, and where you can select a specific date and time. It's also not too intuitive to find at the moment.

Proposed Solution

A new page under the Companies navigation that has a form for companies to fill out to indicate interest of hosting a talk. Maybe with a calendar view or some other selection with available dates.

Emails PR head when there is a submission.
