Problem

All dashboard pages are `'use client'` components with `useEffect` data fetching. Without JS nothing renders — tabs, the drag-and-drop schedule editor, QR code display, charts, and attendance tools all require JS. Server-side auth redirects still work, but once on the page there is no content.

Fix

Add a simple ` \`\`\`

## Problem All dashboard pages are \`'use client'\` components with \`useEffect\` data fetching. Server-side auth redirects still work, but once on the page there is no content. ## Affected Files - \`next/app/(main)/dashboard/mentoring/page.tsx\` - \`next/app/(main)/attendance/page.tsx\` ## Fix Add a simple \`<noscript>\` notice to each dashboard page. Since these are officer-only tools, impact is limited to internal users: \`\`\`html <noscript> <p>The SSE dashboard requires JavaScript to function. Please enable it in your browser settings.</p> </noscript> \`\`\`
