Problem

The desktop nav uses Radix UI `NavigationMenu` for the About and Dashboard dropdown flyouts. The top-level trigger elements have no `href` — without JS they are clickable buttons that go nowhere.

Fix

Add a ` \`\`\`

## Problem The desktop nav uses Radix UI \`NavigationMenu\` for the **About** and **Dashboard** dropdown flyouts. The top-level trigger elements have no \`href\` — without JS they are clickable buttons that go nowhere. ## Affected File \`next/components/nav/Navbar.tsx\` (lines 272–393) ## Fix Add a \`<noscript>\` block inside the \`<nav>\` that renders a plain link list to all sub-pages for each dropdown: \`\`\`html <noscript> <ul> <li><a href="/about/leadership">Leadership</a></li> <li><a href="/about/alumni">Alumni</a></li> <li><a href="/about/constitution">Constitution</a></li>  <li><a href="/dashboard">Dashboard</a></li> </ul> </noscript> \`\`\`
