Summary:

• Keep DataTable functionality on mobile with better card layout.

Context/Resolution:

• Added mobile card layout, label stacking, and full action buttons on mobile.

Acceptance Criteria:

• Mobile view uses card layout with readable labels.
• Action buttons show labeled buttons (not icon-only).
