Summary:

Reduce excessive neo-brutalist depth by standardizing depth styles.

Context/Resolution:

Depth=1 gets full neo treatment; depth>=2 uses quieter styling.

Acceptance Criteria:

Depth=1 shows thick border + hard shadow.
Depth>=2 uses thin border and minimal/no neo shadow.
