Describe the bug
The # column on the leaderboard has scrollbars for some reason.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
Visit the website
Click the leaderboard link in nav bar
See bug

Expected behavior
It should not have the scroll bar

Additional context
Just going to add an overflow: hidden onto it.
The ranks for each row still need fixing. The header is fixed as of what is in the PR, however.
